I’m trying to get a new laptop but I don’t know which is the better deal. Here are a few please tell me which you think has the best deal. I will be using the laptop for school work and watching movies (is blu ray really worth it?) also maybe a bit of gaming such as Pokemon Online or 9Dragons. This is greatly appreciated since I’m not too good with laptop/computer specs. Thank you so so much!https://www.sonystyle.com/webapp/wcs/sto…

Which Laptop Is The Better Deal?

I think that the $739.95 refurbished Sony Vaio is the best. Compared to the Best Buy laptops and the new Vaio this one has discrete graphics which means you can do graphically intense things like gaming or graphic design. Even though you may not do these things it is always good to have just in case. Compared to the more expensive $849.95 VAIO there really isn’t a difference between the two except that the more expensive one has Windows 7 Professional and an eCoupon. You probably will not need Windows 7 Professional (unless you need XP mode and more extensive workgroup connectivity; if you don’t know what I just said then you don’t need it) and there are better ways to get Blu-Rays than with the $90 coupon. So the price difference is not worth it. Also, Blu-Ray is a great technology but isn’t really necessary unless you are watching on a large TV because on computers most video is streamed from the internet.
