I’m graduating within the next 2 years in Network Security and Computer Information Systems but don’t want to stay in the US. What would be a good language to learn so that I might diversify myself in my trade?

You can consider the population and/or the money, which are not necessarily exclusive.
India and China have the world’s largest populations. So you could follow the populations assuming that where there are vast numbers of people, there are vast IT needs.
Germany seems to have an increasing amount of network and IT related infrastructure. For example, the “Tier 2 and 3 Technical staff” of 1and1.com are reportedly in Germany, and 1and1.com is one of the world’s largest hosting companies.
On the other hand, the above have a large number (not percentage) of technically diverse civilians. So you could instead learn a language where you will be a big IT fish in a smaller IT pond, and learn a 2nd/3rd world language. -
