How Do I Keep Getting Stupid Rootkits??? Any Answer Is Helpful.?

I have AVG internet security and the whole package thing.
And it’s SUPPOSED to stop them before they get on your computer.
But it doesn’t.
And ever few days I rootkit scan my computer I keep finding damn rootkits.
They are in the same spots.
WTF?
I swear to god, if I ran this country, I would hand out the DEATH penalty for people who made malicious rootkits.
Maybe life in prison, no chance of parole in maximum security no visitors in with the other bad criminals. idk, can’t make up my mind.
Death or life behind bars?
Why do I keep getting rootkits?
I don’t go to any bad sites.
My main sites include
Youtube
Yahoo Answers
Myspace
Facebook
My email “And I don’t get spam or anything from anyone that I don’t know”
And that’s about IT.
I don’t download anything.
Well I downloaded Avira free and a trial version of Prevx to scan my computer for stuff.
Avria a few days ago detected two rootkits that AVG didn’t detect.
WHAT THE ****????
I did a scan today and the same 3 came up.
I am currently running a scan with Avira to see if anything comes up.
Prevx didn’t detect anything, so I uninstalled it.
Oh yeah I downloaded Avast and a trial version of Kaspersky.
Neither detected anything so I uninstalled them both.
Well Kaspersky detected some pups, but didn’t give me the option to get rid of them, so that’s why I uninstalled that.
I also have Super-anti spyware and malwarebytes that scan for adware/spyware/other malware.
Super detected a few adware things and got rid of them.
WHAT THE HELL IS CAUSING ME TO GET ROOTKITS?
Never happened before, I had this laptop for like 2 years now and it’s only been like a few weeks ago that things have been going screwy.
I’m used to the occasional trojan or adware spyware but not these stupid rootkits.
This all happened after I restored my computer back to factory state.
I downloaded AVG and Avira and suddenly they start detecting rootkits like mad.
IN THE SAME SPOTS!
WTF?

Uninstall all the various virus scans you downloaded, it could be that they’re interfering with each other and blaming each other for the virus.
After all that, try downloading Malware Bytes. It’s free and I use it at my company, seems to get rid of a lot of junk.
If that still doesn’t work, just reinstall Windows. =/

Does your computer have a firewall that is enabled? If not, I would suggest that you install one, just to be sure that no third party programs can access your computer or no programs on your computer can access the Internet without your permission.
Windows computers actually come with a built in firewall that you can enable by going to the Control Panel and then clicking on “Check this computer’s security status” under the “Security” section.
From there, you should be able to enable the Windows Firewall, as well as view and manage your other security settings.
If you would rather not use the built in Windows Firewall, and need a free firewall, perhaps you should try using Comodo Firewall, which can be downloaded from the link below.http://www.comodo.com/home/internet-secu…
Also, I wouldn’t suggest that you have more than one antivirus program, such as AVG and Avira, installed at the same time, as they may end up conflicting with each other.
Another program that you may want to try using would be Mozilla FireFox, which is a free browser that is safer than Internet Explorer and can also be customized with a variety of free add-ons and themes. If you’d like to try using Mozilla FireFox, you can download it from the link below.http://Mozilla.com
Also, I wouldn’t suggest that you open any e-mail attachments and such from people that you don’t know, as there is a chance that they could be infected with a computer virus or other malicious file or program.
Good luck and I hope I helped you!

one problem you have i get rid of one anti-virus the two anti-virus are cancelling each
other out.my suggestion here is download microsoft security essentials and a good firewall,
very good protection when i used it.i now use glary utilities[check it out] avast anti-virus
comodo firewall and windows defender with no problems with rootkits or virus.
when you reformatted your computer you may not have done a clean install that
maybe the reason for so many rootkits.

If you posted a log containg the ‘ rootkit ‘it would help. The RK will reside in CWindowssystem32drivers and will end with a sys extention.Anything else you deleted is not the RK.
The RK may well change its name every boot. Some RK’s infect system files like atapi.sys, removal is impossible, so repair is the only option.
Try this program, read carefully http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/combofix…
The items you have posted are not RK’s, another tool to try is tdsskiller from Kaspersky. It takes seconds. However it isa specific to for TDSS/TDL3/ Alureon RK infection. If this tool comes up clean use Combofix http://support.kaspersky.com/viruses/sol…
