You have to use Safe mode or disable all its processes manually. Then you will be able to use virus removers, Spyware Doctor, Malwarebytes or Superantispyware
To start PC in safe mode, press F8 during the boot. A menu will appear and you’ll have to choose safe mode with networking. Earth AV will not be launched in safe mode, so you should be able to use an anti-spyware.
If it fails, start PC normally, but keep hitting ctrl+shift+esc just after login. A task manager will appear and you will have to stop all process of Earth AV and the remove them manually. Here are more details:http://www.2-viruses.com/remove-earth-avhttp://antivirus-antispyware-removal-sof…

Earth AV is a rogue antispyware application. Earth AV (also known as EarthAV, Earth Antivirus, EarthAntivirus) is going to cause you many unwanted computer problems and try and steal your hard earned money. You need to know that everything which is even remotely associated to Earth AV is fake and can’t be trusted. Do not be fooled by the fake system scan, fake system scan report results or the fake computer system notifications as they are all fake. You need to know that Earth AV is going to seriously put your entire computer systems security at risk.
At the end of the day Earth AV is going to prove extremely difficult to remove and the only way of being able to remove Earth AV effectively is with the use of a decent and effective antispyware removal tool that will be able to both detect as well as automatically remove the malicious Earth AV.

Print out these instructions as you may need to close every window that is open later in the fix.
    1.
It is possible that the infection you are trying to remove will not allow you to download files on the infected computer. If this is the case, then you will need to download the files suggested in these guides to another computer and then transfer them to the infected computer via a CD/DVD, external drive, or USB flash drive. A CD+R is best because it is read only and will prevent infecting the clean computer you have downloaded from, if you have to use it to get more downloads.
    2nd.
This infection changes your Windows settings to use a proxy server that will not allow you to browse any pages on the Internet with Internet Explorer or update security software. Regardless of the web browser you use, for these instructions you will first need need to fix this problem so that you can download the utilities you need to remove this infection.
Please start Internet Explorer, and when the program is open, click on the Tools menu
    Connections and Lan Settings Tab
    Lan Settings
Make sure that the “use a proxy sever for this lan” is NOT CHECKED and if it is un-ckeck it and click ok and ok again. You “may” have to do this several times to get it to work
If this can not be done in normal windows mode then safe mode with networking will dohttp://www.bleepingcomputer.com/tutorial…
    3rd.
Now you must end the processes that belong to earth av
